Rock Wool Blanket is a flexible, roll-type thermal insulation and fireproof product independently produced by Hebei Huashuo Xingye Thermal Insulation Building Materials Co., Ltd., a classic member of the rock wool product series. Taking high-quality basalt and other natural rock minerals as the core raw materials, it is made through advanced processes of high-temperature melting, high-speed centrifugal spinning to form continuous fibers, fiber laying, curing and roll forming. Different from the rigid rock wool board, it features flexibility, light weight and easy construction, and retains all the excellent performance of rock wool materials such as A-class non-combustibility, thermal insulation, sound absorption and corrosion resistance. It can be arbitrarily cut, folded and wrapped, and is specially suitable for the thermal insulation, fireproof and sound absorption of irregular-shaped objects such as industrial pipelines, large-scale equipment and curved building structures. It is a widely used functional insulation material in civil construction, industrial insulation, marine engineering and municipal engineering.

Superior Fire Resistance & High-Temperature Stability
As an A-class non-combustible material, it is made of inorganic rock fibers with a melting point of more than 1000℃ and can withstand high temperatures up to 600℃ with an excellent hot load shrinkage temperature. In case of fire, it will not burn, melt or release toxic smoke and combustible gases, and can maintain structural stability without shrinkage and deformation, effectively blocking the spread of fire and heat transfer. Its organic content is strictly controlled at an ultra-low level, and the slag ball content (particles with diameter >0.25mm) is ≤10%, which fully meets national and industrial fire safety standards, and is an ideal fireproof material for high-temperature industrial environments and building fire protection systems.

It has an extremely low thermal conductivity of only 0.032-0.040W/(m·K) at 70℃, which is far lower than that of traditional thermal insulation materials.
