This Class 1 Grade Colored Rubber and Plastic Insulation Pipe is an upgraded high-performance thermal insulation piping product integrating practical performance and visual design, produced by Hebei Huashuo Xingye Thermal Insulation Building Materials Co., Ltd. Based on the classic rubber and plastic insulation pipe formula, it is added with environmental protection color masterbatch, taking nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride as core raw materials, and manufactured through sophisticated processes such as mixing, intensive mixing, extrusion and foaming. The raw materials are fully fused to retain all the excellent performance of the original product, and the added environmental protection color system makes it more in line with the personalized decoration and identification needs of different engineering scenarios. It inherits the outstanding thermal insulation performance of the classic series: the thermal conductivity is ≤0.030W/(m·K) at 0℃ and ≤0.031W/(m·K) at -20℃, and the thermal conductivity ranges from 0.029 to 0.033W/(m·K) in the range of -20℃ to 25℃, which can effectively reduce heat transfer and realize efficient and stable thermal insulation for piping systems. The applicable temperature range is as wide as -50℃ to 110℃, which can maintain reliable adiabatic performance even in extreme cold environments, adapting to the thermal insulation needs of various temperature working conditions. In terms of safety and flame retardancy, it meets the B1 grade combustion performance standard, with an oxygen index of ≥32% (actual tested up to 42.0%) and a smoke density of only 46 (≤75). It has the characteristics of self-extinguishing without dripping fire after leaving the fire source, with 0s continuous combustion time and low temperature rise in furnace tests, which can effectively reduce the fire risk of the piping system and provide strong safety protection for personnel and property.
Adopting a closed-cell structure, the product has excellent and long-lasting moisture-proof performance: the moisture resistance factor is ≥10000, the water vapor transmission coefficient is ≤2.8×10⁻¹¹g/(m·s·pa) (actual tested 9.40×10⁻¹²g/(m·s·Pa)), and the vacuum volume water absorption rate is only 0.23%. The surface is flat without defects, the size deviation is strictly controlled, and the compressive rebound rate reaches 83%, with excellent mechanical strength and durability.
