Rubber Foam Pipe Insulation

Rubber Foam Pipe Insulation is a flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation material made primarily from nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) through a foaming process. It is specifically designed for insulating pipes and duct systems, offering excellent performance in thermal insulation, condensation control, and energy conservation.

With its closed-cell structure, the material effectively prevents the penetration of water vapor, providing a built-in vapor barrier that eliminates the need for additional protective layers. This makes it particularly suitable for cold and hot water piping systems, HVAC systems, refrigeration lines, and air conditioning installations.

The product is soft and highly flexible, allowing easy installation even around complex pipe layouts, bends, and joints. It can be easily cut and fitted on-site, significantly reducing installation time and labor costs.
