This Class 1 Grade Rubber and Plastic Insulation Board is a high-quality thermal insulation product independently developed and produced by Hebei Huashuo Xingye Thermal Insulation Building Materials Co., Ltd. Its core raw materials are nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride, which are fully fused through sophisticated processes such as mixing, intensive mixing, extrusion and foaming, giving full play to the performance advantages of the two materials and forming a stable and high-performance insulation structure. The product has passed a number of authoritative certifications including UL GREENGUARD Gold, China Green Product and ROHS, and is manufactured in strict accordance with the national standard GB/T 17794-2021, which fully ensures its environmental protection, safety and standardization in production and use.
It boasts excellent thermal insulation performance: the thermal conductivity is ≤0.030W/(m·K) at 0℃ and ≤0.031W/(m·K) at -20℃, and the thermal conductivity ranges from 0.029 to 0.033W/(m·K) in the range of -20℃ to 25℃, which can effectively reduce heat transfer and achieve efficient thermal insulation. The product has a wide applicable temperature range of -50℃ to 110℃, which can maintain stable thermal insulation performance even in extreme cold environments, and is suitable for thermal insulation applications under various temperature working conditions. In terms of safety and flame retardancy, it reaches B1 grade combustion performance, with an oxygen index of ≥32% (actual tested up to 42.0%) and a smoke density of only 46 (≤75). It has the characteristics of self-extinguishing without dripping fire after leaving the fire source, with 0s continuous combustion time and low temperature rise in furnace tests, which can effectively reduce fire risk and facilitate personnel evacuation and rescue in fire accidents.
The board adopts a closed-cell structure, which brings excellent and long-lasting moisture-proof performance: its moisture resistance factor is ≥10000, water vapor transmission coefficient ≤2.8×10⁻¹¹g/(m·s·pa) (actual tested 9.40×10⁻¹²g/(m·s·Pa)), and vacuum volume water absorption rate is only 0.23%. This structure can effectively block water vapor penetration, keep the interior of the material dry for a long time, avoid performance degradation caused by moisture, and greatly extend the service life of the product. It also has the advantages of good flexibility and easy construction: it has excellent elasticity and shock absorption performance, can be perfectly fitted to curved or irregular components, and is easy to cut and splice. No additional vapor barrier is required during construction, which reduces construction cost and difficulty, and the product can be reused after maintenance, improving material utilization rate.
In addition to the core performance, the product has a variety of additional advantages: it has good sound insulation and noise reduction effect, suitable for places with high noise requirements such as hotels and schools; it has excellent anti-aging performance, no cracks or deformation after 150h anti-aging test, and is resistant to ozone, acid and alkali erosion, which can maintain stable performance in harsh environments; it has no skin irritation, can prevent mold growth, and can effectively protect pipes from corrosion to ensure the normal operation of the pipe system. In terms of appearance and size, the product surface is flat without defects, and the size deviation is strictly controlled within length +4mm, width +2mm and thickness +1mm, ensuring high processing accuracy and perfect installation adaptability to meet the needs of high-standard engineering projects. Its compressive rebound rate reaches 83%, with excellent mechanical strength and durability, suitable for high-frequency use scenarios.
