Aluminum Silicate Blanket is a high-performance thermal insulation and fire-resistant product independently developed and produced by Hebei Huashuo Xingye Thermal Insulation Building Materials Co., Ltd. It is made from high-quality raw materials such as electro-fused gangue, flint clay and alumina, through advanced processes including fiber spinning, needle punching and heat treatment. The product features uniformly interwoven fibers, high tensile strength and no artificial binders, forming a stable and durable material structure.
Adopting an automated continuous production process, the blanket undergoes thermal setting, vertical and horizontal cutting, fiber sedimentation needle punching and automatic winding, with strict quality control to ensure neat dimensions, pure white color and consistent product quality. It boasts excellent performance characteristics: good chemical stability against various chemical corrosion, outstanding thermal and seismic stability to maintain performance under extreme temperatures and vibration impacts, high tensile strength to resist breakage under tension, as well as low thermal conductivity and heat capacity for superior heat insulation.
Classified into ordinary, standard, high-purity, high-alumina and zirconium-containing types, it adapts to working temperatures from 950℃ to 1350℃, with the classification temperature reaching up to 1400℃ for zirconium-containing type. Its core technical parameters comply with GB/T16400-2015, with slag ball content ≤20% (≤15% for high-grade types), heating permanent linear change ≤4% after 24-hour high-temperature treatment, and thermal conductivity ≤0.161 W/(M·K) at 500℃ average temperature.
Widely applied in industrial high-temperature scenarios, it serves as lining and back lining materials for high-temperature kilns and equipment, thermal insulation solutions for high-temperature pipelines, fire cladding for high-temperature equipment in chemical industry, and thermal insulation materials for power boilers and nuclear power facilities. It is also the core raw material for module and folded block processing, effectively reducing heat loss, improving energy efficiency, extending equipment service life and ensuring safe and stable industrial production.
